Become a Mortgage Broker

Broker Package

BROKER APPROVAL

It is Dynamic Mortgage Financial Corporation practice when considering a Broker for approval that we obtain the following information for review and approve:

A complete Broker application. (See Broker Package linked above)
Copy of updated resume on all principals, owner, officer, key management staff.
Copy of all applicable licenses for the company (i.e. Real Estate Broker License, Business License…)
Copy of all DBA and Branches license.
Copy of any Agency Approvals.
Copy of Article of Incorporation and By Laws if Company is a Corporation.
Signed and dated Corporation Resolution if Company is a Corporation.
Certified copy of Certificate of Good Standing from the Department of Corporation if Company is a Corporation.
Copy of the Company most recent and Interim Financial Statements.
Copy of the Company Year to Date Income and Expenses for the Company.
Signed and dated Credit Authorization for the Company and all principals.
Minimum required of 3 major Investor Reference.
Copy of any Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omission Insurance

BROKER REQUIREMENTS

Experience

Preferably the Company has been in existence business for at least 2 years. However, we would also consider companies that have less than 2 years history with compensation factors. In which case, we would also consider the experience of the Company principals or key management.

License

The Company must have all required State and Local Licenses to operate as a Mortgage Broker in its area. We would re-verify all licenses to be in good standing with no restriction. Should the Company is a corporation, we will require copies of all DBA filed with the Department of Corporation and the Mortgage broker License must reflect the Corporation name.

Financial Strength

The Company must have a minimum net worth of $50,000.00.
